Collaborative Practice as an approach to dispute resolution has been established in Ireland for some time and we have a growing network of Professional members and Practice Groups throughout the country.

Membership Directory

As well as bringing their own professional expertise to Collaborative Practice, our professional membership have completed training under the auspices of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Many have been leading the way as proponents of the process and have successfully guided families and couples in finding equitable solutions to disputes, outside of the courtroom.

Practice Groups

Practice Groups are sub networks of our membership who have worked together on multiple occasions and formed into an operating core of professionals. An established practice group benefits from the close working relationship that is already established between the participating professionals.
